**What do you like best about Neverfail Cloud Backup?**

Neverfail Cloud Backup offers the least expensive models to protect our customer data. We need to preserve compliance-based retention data for many years in some of our requirements, and we use the Neverfail platform. There are various storage tiers for both quick retrieval & long-term archival data retention.

**What do you dislike about Neverfail Cloud Backup?**

We would like to have enhancements in its user interface so that it can be more dynamic in nature. This would be helpful to navigate easily & restore our objects at a fast pace. Besides this, everything else is suitable for our cloud replication needs in the Neverfail Platform.

**What problems is Neverfail Cloud Backup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Neverfail Cloud Backup effectively hassles out complexities involved in server backup & replication procurements. It's reliable for protecting our application workloads & saves a lot of expenses when we choose its storage tier appropriately. We can also manually include more resources to failover systems in case we need to utilize them properly during server outages.
