**What do you like best about netTerrain DCIM?**

Has tremendous flexibility and capability.  Very powerful tool.
Love the ability to import pictures and plans.

**What do you dislike about netTerrain DCIM?**

Because of it's powerful features it can take a while to learn and master.  Did have excellent support when needed, however.

**What problems is netTerrain DCIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are not a Data Center.  I'm using this to track all our fiber connections between 4 properties with hundereds of IDFs.

It utilises the less utilized servers when using the plan as per the capacity

**What do you dislike about netTerrain DCIM?**

with some old systems, .net framework 4.5 is not supported

**What problems is netTerrain DCIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can manage my network and all the data in one place and easy to reconfigure as and when required

**What do you like best about netTerrain DCIM?**

I like its ability to report data related to equipment. Its ability to provide adequate documentation of its network. Its automation component is also impressive.

**What do you dislike about netTerrain DCIM?**

For the moment I am having a great experience that I recommend for IT professionals.

Problems related to documentation and also records of server activities
