Very powerful tool. Love the ability to import pictures and plans. **What do you dislike about netTerrain DCIM?** Because of its powerful features it can take a while to learn and master. Did have excellent support when needed, however. **What problems is netTerrain DCIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are not a Data Center. I'm using this to track all our fiber connections between 4 properties with hundreds of IDFs. ### 2.
