**What do you like best about Netsmart CareManager?**

I like that everything I need is in one place, which allows me to accomplish most of my work responsibilities efficiently. I enjoy having to-do lists, messages from management, forms, and client information readily accessible. It improves workflow and provides enhanced collaboration and compliance efficiency. Time management and workflow issues have improved as a result. Although it required some learning initially, I now find it enjoyable to use.

**What do you dislike about Netsmart CareManager?**

Having to learn how the system works was slow.

**What problems is Netsmart CareManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Netsmart CareManager improves time management, workflow, and collaboration. It centralizes tasks, messages, and client info, increasing efficiency and reducing the need for other tools. It's streamlined operations by replacing multiple systems.

This software has components for every little aspect and allows you to add other documents.

**What do you dislike about Netsmart CareManager?**

It does not really save settings and if you accidentally close it, you have to restart whatever you were doing.

**What problems is Netsmart CareManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software allows us to manage our patients.
