What do you like best about NetClose by Netgain?

I had the opportunity to work with NetClose by Netgain for one of my clients over the past year, and it played a huge role in streamlining their financial close process.What really stood out was how easily it fit into NetSuite that no extra platforms or complicated setups. The automation around reconciliations and financial close tasks reduced a lot of manual work for the finance team. Previously, the client’s close cycle took about 25–30 days. What do you dislike about NetClose by Netgain?

The initial learning phase was a bit complicated for some team members who weren’t very familiar with NetSuite’s native app behavior. It took some time to get them comfortable with the task workflow and reconciliation dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NetClose by Netgain solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementing Netgain, the client finance team relied heavily on spreadsheets, emails, and manual follow-ups to track tasks and reconciliations. It often led to delays, confusion, and a lack of visibility into where things stood.With NetClose, we were able to bring structure, automation, and transparency to the process. Task assignments became clear, reconciliations were faster thanks to automation, and everyone could see real-time progress through the dashboard. I have working on this platform for like 2-3 years as IT professional and removes need to manually manage ticket cleanup.Its feature for configuring automation like close ticket after 10 days and no response is very good feature.It has provided us with user friendly experience and at the end auditing and journal enteries is a good addition.
