**What do you like best about Ness?**

It is convenient that I can accumulate points for different purchases ranging from gyms to wholesome foods. The use of the application is quite easy, and I don’t feel it’s very hard to monitor my points. This approach of using games to learning makes the process of staying healthy more interesting.

**What do you dislike about Ness?**

Currently the choice of rewards in Ness seems somewhat limited. This limits the possibility of getting rewards back on more health related products.

**What problems is Ness solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ness is how sustainable healthy habits are being delivered. It matters for me as it encourages I am observing a healthy lifestyle through making a conscious effort to make good purchasing decisions towards following my fitness regimen.
