I appreciate the single pane of glass that Nerdio Manager provides. It allows us to manage multiple tenants without having to switch between different accounts, streamlining our workflow by applying blanket policies across the board. I think the onboarding process could be improved. Not sure if that's through Nerdio or through our distributor, which is Pax8. But, mostly it's learning the product and that initial sort of onboarding training was a little bit quick. Not as in-depth as we would have liked to have for a managed service provider. I love the virtual desktop infrastructure, it provides a consolidated approach virtual machine. It allows for external backups, and we can access remote desktops.
