NepalHRM Reviews & Product Details

NepalHRM is a comprehensive Human Resource Management System (HRMS) designed specifically for businesses operating in Nepal. It integrates various HR functions into a single platform, streamlining processes such as employee records management, attendance tracking, leave administration, payroll processing, recruitment, and performance evaluation. This consolidation allows organizations to manage their human resources more efficiently and effectively. One of the standout features of NepalHRM is its payroll automation, which is tailored to comply with Nepal's tax regulations. The system automatically calculates contributions for Provident Fund (PF), Citizen Investment Trust (CIT), Social Security Fund (SSF), and income tax deductions, ensuring adherence to the latest tax slabs set by the Inland Revenue Department (IRD). Additionally, NepalHRM generates eTDS reports in the exact format required by the IRD, simplifying the tax filing process for businesses. Attendance management is another critical component of NepalHRM. The system supports integration with biometric devices from vendors like ZKTeco and Hikvision, enabling real-time synchronization of attendance data. For field or remote staff, NepalHRM offers GPS-based mobile check-in with selfie verification, ensuring accurate tracking of employee attendance regardless of location. Leave management within NepalHRM is both flexible and user-friendly. Employees can request leave through the system, and managers can approve or reject these requests seamlessly. The platform supports custom leave policies, accruals, and multi-level approval workflows, providing organizations with the ability to tailor the leave management process to their specific needs. Recruitment and onboarding processes are also streamlined through NepalHRM. The system includes an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that allows HR teams to post job openings, track candidates, manage interviews, and send offers. Once a candidate is hired, the onboarding module facilitates digital checklists and e-signature contracts, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. Performance management is another area where NepalHRM excels. The platform enables organizations to set objectives with targets and due dates, track progress, conduct various types of performance reviews (such as quarterly, annual, probation, self, and 360° reviews), and schedule one-on-one meetings with clear agendas. This structured approach helps in maintaining transparency and consistency in performance evaluations. NepalHRM is accessible via web browsers and offers native mobile applications for both Android and iOS devices. This mobile accessibility allows employees to check in for attendance, request leave, download payslips, and submit reimbursements directly from their smartphones, enhancing convenience and engagement. Security is a top priority for NepalHRM. The system employs role-based access controls, ensuring that HR, managers, finance, and employees each have appropriate access to information. Data is hosted securely with regular backups, and sensitive changes are logged to maintain an audit trail, providing organizations with confidence in the integrity and confidentiality of their HR data. In summary, NepalHRM offers a robust and integrated solution for managing human resources in Nepal. By automating key HR processes and ensuring compliance with local regulations, it enables organizations to operate more efficiently, reduce manual errors, and focus on strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
