NepalHRM is a cloud HR, payroll and attendance platform built in Kathmandu for companies operating
in Nepal. It exists because general-purpose foreign HR systems do not know Nepali payroll: PF, CIT,
SSF and the IRD income tax slabs arrive as custom fields, pricing arrives in USD, and support
arrives in another timezone on the day salaries have to go out.
Payroll built on Nepali law. Provident Fund, Social Security Fund, Citizen Investment Trust and IRD
income tax slabs are calculated in the product, on the Bikram Sambat fiscal calendar. Payroll
produces bilingual Nepali and English payslips, bank transfer files for salary disbursement, and the
IRD eTDS file ready for upload through the taxpayer portal. A CIT optimizer shows the maximum legal
Citizen Investment Trust contribution for each employee.
Attendance that matches how Nepali offices actually run. ZKTeco and Hikvision biometric devices sync
punches to the cloud, and staff at sites with no device check in by GPS from the mobile app. Shifts,
rotations, overtime requests, grace periods and public holiday rules on the BS calendar are handled
in the same module, and the output flows straight into payroll without an Excel export.
One platform for the rest of HR. Employee records and org charts, leave requests and balances,
recruitment and applicant tracking, onboarding and offboarding, performance reviews and OKRs, asset
and procurement records, an employee helpdesk, and an optional activity tracker with a Windows and
macOS desktop agent. Employees get self-service plus an Android and iOS app for check-in, leave,
payslips and reimbursements.
Priced for Nepal. Per active employee, in NPR, with no minimum commitment. Free forever for teams of
up to 10 employees. Built and supported from Kathmandu, in Nepali and English.
