Neono Reviews & Product Details

NeonO is a Canadian salon, barbershop, spa and medspa management platform that puts appointments, online booking, point of sale, client records, marketing, staff pay and analytics in one web application. Clients book from the salon's own booking page or link-in-bio without creating a third-party account, and NeonO never charges a commission on new clients. Checkout runs on Stripe with tips split the way the shop splits them, and HST, GST and PST are calculated automatically by province. Colour Studio records each client's colour formulas by weight and costs every bowl, so colour services are priced accurately. Staff pay supports booth rent, commission, hourly or hybrid models. The Lana AI assistant answers questions about the business and proposes next steps for the owner to confirm. Pricing is C$24.99 per billable seat per month with only the first eight seats billed; website, SMS allowance, QuickBooks sync and AI tools are included. NeonO integrates with Metro Beauty Supply for product ordering and dropship retail, and is available in English and French.
