**What do you like best about NeoDove?**

We are currently using NeoDove CRM in our company, and the features are very impressive. If I create a Meta Ads lead generation campaign, I can easily integrate it with the CRM. Any query raised on my Meta ads lands directly in the CRM campaign. It also offers an option to distribute these leads to users automatically. It’s truly amazing, especially at such a low cost.

**What do you dislike about NeoDove?**

A non-technical person cannot easily connect a website form to this CRM. If you are using a custom PHP or HTML website, you will definitely need a developer. The NeoDove team provides the API, but they don't offer a step-by-step guide on how to set it up properly.

**What problems is NeoDove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If someone user have html or php website so, neodove techinical support team guide him properly to setup query lead form on CRM.

**What do you like best about NeoDove?**

NeoDove is an excellent CRM tool that has greatly improved our operations. It’s user-friendly and offers all the features we need to manage our leads efficiently. The customer service is exceptional—whenever we have an issue, Bhavya Srivastava is always there to assist us. She is highly responsive and ensures that any problem we face is quickly resolved. NeoDove, combined with Bhavya's excellent support, has been a game-changer for our business!

I have no dislikes about NeoDove. The platform has met all our expectations, and we haven't encountered any issues that would cause dissatisfaction. It’s reliable, efficient, and user-friendly, making it an essential tool for our operations.

NeoDove is helping us solve several key problems, including lead management, lead assignment, and telecalling. It streamlines the process of managing and tracking leads, ensuring that no potential customer is overlooked. Additionally, the telecalling feature allows us to connect with leads seamlessly, enhancing our communication efforts. Initially I have started this software little hesitantly, but after using it for few days and the kind of support they are providing I felt I have chosen right software for my organization. Especially Poulami madam ready to take time even for smaller things and clarify us and forward our concerns to the right people and get our requirements done

As of now no, I am happy with the product and support. As every software requires upgradation Neodove also keep updating it for client satisfaction and usage

**What do you like best about NeoDove?**

Our company was using the traditional cold calling system until NeoDove was introduced to us by our tech team. All the features intergrated to one system was astonishing. It reduces time considerably with its feature of automated calling  and tracking any calls and reporting is very easy. Many more featutures are available but not used it as yet.

**What do you dislike about NeoDove?**

Limited industry reach is drawback of this software. Though it provides reachs to many industries that we focus yet it we need more industries to be included in the ir services.

**What problems is NeoDove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real time report saved a lot of time for our outbound callers who used to struggle to send the report on time. Automated calling was clearly a boon for them. Lead conversion rate seem to increase marginally which is plus ponit for our organisation.

Have been using it since a couple of years and the web portal of is pretty handson to analyze and understand the sales pipeline. It helps you have an overview of the entire sales pipline

**What do you dislike about NeoDove?**

The support service level agreements can be a little more user friendly. The auto dialer feature does. Kot work well for globally present Organizations due to local number issues. Could be great if this can be worked upon

Giving us a overall experience in term of analyzing sales pipline and the auto dialer feature analytics are a good insight to have whilst working with global teams.

**What do you like best about NeoDove?**

Neodove CRM is very reasonably priced for startups, backed by a strong player in the market, Vyapaar. I was very skeptical about going ahead with them as I had my doubts in terms of extra reports. The price per annum was too good to be true, hence took time to understand the app, as this is one of the most important applications for any organization that has a team for tele calling; their UI is very simple, and I hardly found any bugs in the system, and whenever I pointed it to the team who were behind the show, they quickly worked on the same based on their priorities. The backend engineers and developers are doing a great job many times; the sales team has helped me with technical queries. I was surprised with the product and process knowledge the team has, and I have earlier used CRM such as SalesForce, Zoho, Leadsquare etc., and so far find this app has the potential to grow as big as them and hoping they continue with their impeccable service. All the very best to the entire team. Bravo!!

I have taken Neodove Accounts app, but I cannot add excel or BOQ's to the invoice, wasted my funds after procurement

Making CRM at economical pricing which in return I will have more users added for productivity gain

Lead management & assignment to conversion tracking - all in 1 single funnel view. The ability to generate different conversion reports is another plus.

**What do you dislike about NeoDove?**

Lacks lead enrichment integrations. Platform also needs to show Data Science based recommendations to optimise campaigns and Lead allocation/conversion funnels.

**What problems is NeoDove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Standardising cold-calling operations under a single platform to ensure trackability on lead conversion is the key problem that NeoDove has helped in solving for our requirements.

The problem Neodove promises to solve is interesting. At least on paper, their product is very intuitive and simple to use. Though in reality - they sell false promises and features.

**What do you dislike about NeoDove?**

I have worked with tons of Saas startups but my experience with Neodove was the worst and nightmarish. They promised a great product over demo and accelerated us to buy them quickly. Once after we purchased - we realized the product features promised to us were no were closer to reality. Multiple to and fro emails and calls where their team SLA/ETAs to fix it were not adhered to. A strong worded to their founders seeking help moved nothing on resolution. Their telephony partner TeleCMI is also a very poor service platform. We had to go through a negative business impact because of the Neodove team's irresponsible and unprofessional behavior. I regret choosing them and I hope they don't put another customer through this experience.

- its multilingual interface makes this tool an ideal solution for international companies; 
- you can use customisable preloaded calling scripts offered by NeoDove;
- what I like the most is an artificial intelligence that can analyze calls in real-time to improve the quality and customers' experience of them.

As I am obsessed with everything around AI, I was really attracted to try NeoDove for it's AI features.
One of the features I like is the schedule lead feature that helps us connect with our users just on the right time as we have users from all around the world so this was something we were really looking for

It's saved our team a lot of time manual dialing. They have an autodialer facility which let's us free from Manual Dialling. Artificial Intelligence is best part of the application which helps us provide the best customer experience to our clients. It has also given us access to some core statistics so we can really understand where to improve our business.

Its takes time to onboard your teams but it's time well spent. There support was very active during this time.
