neighborPOP Reviews & Product Details

neighborPOP is HOA software for self-managed communities, built by a volunteer maintenance chair in Milton, Georgia, for boards of neighbors rather than management companies. It puts the board's work in one place: repair requests and work orders with board approvals, the member directory, community announcements and email, documents, dues collected through Stripe with autopay, violations, architectural change requests, polls, amenity bookings, and a reserve plan that says how much to put away each month. The board's existing email can be forwarded to the community's own address, and AI reads it, works out which home it is about, and drafts the record for a board member to approve. Nothing goes out without a person pressing send. Pricing is one flat $79 a month for the whole community, everything included, with no per-home fees. The first 25 communities keep $59 a month for as long as they stay. Thirty days are free, with no card needed to start.
