Nego Reviews & Product Details

Nego is reverse auction software for B2B purchasing, built for companies that want to know the real market price of what they buy. You invite your own suppliers to a live auction. They join with a one-time PIN from an e-mail, with no account and no training, and bid in their own language. The auction description, questions, answers and terms are translated into 97 languages. Every supplier sees the best offer in real time and can beat it. An overtime phase extends the auction after each bid near the end, so nobody wins with a last-second bid, and suppliers can set a floor price for a server-side auto-bidding robot. A guided 7-step creator covers the starting price, minimum bid step, overtime and invitations, with supplier import from Excel. AI drafts the auction terms for your review and summarises the result after the auction. Results export to CSV, Excel and PDF, and the PRO plan adds a read-only REST API and a webhook. The choice of supplier always stays with the buyer. The Starter plan is free for one auction with up to 3 suppliers.
