We selected it for a variety of reasons, including a hearty recommendation from Microsoft, as well as the expertise of the folks from Cloudforce. We liked the fact that the platform allowed us to use any LLM of our choice. Our initial implementation and time to value was less than 30 business days for 2 use cases and we've never looked back. The platform has continued to evolve and we have over 30 production agents after year 2. It's priced much more affordably that committing to 1 vendor. It's used by all faculty, staff and students. It's easy to use and easy to administer. It integrates into our learning management system and fulfills all of our business needs. **What do you dislike about nebulaONE AI?** There is nothing that I dislike about NebulaONE AI. I've been a happy customer for a long time. **What problems is nebulaONE AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** NebulaONE is our platform of choice for most of what we do with AI. We call it AnderBRAIN. We have official (production) agents, and the ability for users to create their own personal agents. We give users access to OpenAI and Claude, which seem to be our 2 favored models these days. The primary problem it solves is providing access to AI for every stakeholder in our ecosystem without having to worry about licensing costs per user and having money wasted when they are not being used. ### 2. It also provide equitable access for all staff and students. The licencing model works, consumption based charging works far better that user monthly licences. I especially like the tiered support model although we have not need much in the way of support, it has been there when called upon. Rapid deployment was excellent and the service works very well. **What do you dislike about nebulaONE AI?** It is a fairly new product. There is a danger that rapid expansion may result in a dilution of service leading to excessive support and maintenance charges which are already significant. **What problems is nebulaONE AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** nebulaONE is helping Cambridge Judge Business School streamline and scale its use of AI by providing a single, secure platform that replaces fragmented tools and inconsistent access routes. Out of the box, we were able to build and deploy lightweight “agents” without needing engineers in <4 weeks from start to go-live, inclusive of MS Azure and MS Entra ID integration. The Cloudforce training, workshops and “prompt & agent build” workshops meant non‑technical colleagues could get value quickly. We will able to provide a full functioning ChatGPT like agent using GPT 5.1. relatively quickly and roll this out to over 20,000 users at a fraction of the cost of a full ChatGPT licence or risking exposing sensitive business data to third parties. ### 9.
