What do you like best about nebulaONE AI?

What problems is nebulaONE AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to give all staff and students access to the common LLMs, such as GPT, Claude, Gemini plus a safe environment for them to develop their AI skills without risking exposure of our data or running up massive costs. We will able to provide a full functioning ChatGPT like agent using GPT 5.1. relatively quickly and roll this out to over 20,000 users at a fraction of the cost of a full ChatGPT licence or risking exposing sensitive business data to third parties. "All Our AI Tools in One Place, with Equitable Access and Rapid Deployment"

What do you like best about nebulaONE AI?

It helps us bring all our AI tools into one place. It also provide equitable access for all staff and students. The licencing model works, consumption based charging works far better that user monthly licences. I especially like the tiered support model although we have not need much in the way of support, it has been there when called upon. Rapid deployment was excellent and the service works very well. What do you dislike about nebulaONE AI?

It is a fairly new product. There is a danger that rapid expansion may result in a dilution of service leading to excessive support and maintenance charges which are already significant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is nebulaONE AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

nebulaONE is helping Cambridge Judge Business School streamline and scale its use of AI by providing a single, secure platform that replaces fragmented tools and inconsistent access routes. Through CJBS.AI, colleagues now have governed, role‑appropriate access to powerful AI capabilities, supported by tailored agents that convert institutional knowledge into fast, self‑service answers. This reduces operational friction, improves response times for staff and students, and ensures that AI adoption remains consistent, compliant, and aligned with the School’s digital strategy.

At the same time, nebulaONE gives CJBS stronger control over costs, data, and content. Features such as per‑user budgeting, curated model access, and enterprise‑grade file management allow the School to innovate confidently while maintaining predictability and security. Our participation in the Higher Education Customer Advisory Board also ensures that the product evolves in ways that reflect the needs of universities, giving CJBS a direct voice in shaping the roadmap.
