Counterpoint is very customizable and can be used for a lot of things. Being database-driven, you can link many other systems to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There always seems to be something going wrong with it and constantly having to do patches or NCR does not fix things in a timely fashion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This program is easy to navigate and is highly user-friendly; anyone who may be new to this program should feel at ease knowing how easy it is to learn how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing I dislike about this program. If I HAD to choose, I would say the ability to access records from all years customer has purchased from (though that may just be something company based) and the ease of access to view inventory when multiple locations come into play. I like the most recent update of CP having the option to search for tabs in CP. If I do not know where to find how to run a report, I can search for the report and find it that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike how slow some of my reports run. Depending on what reports I am running, some run slower than others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

NCR is foolproof, really, when it comes to the learning curve. Everything is clearly labeled, updatable, and focused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be rather slow at times, especially after large orders, to clear to the next sale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have used Counterpont for 19 years. The POS portion is easy for our staff to use and I love the reporting functions. I can easily analyze sales by category, item or vendor as well as drill down even further. I can see inventory on hand at the various shops we have and find the purchase ordering system very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to customize more of the columns easier and can’t always quickly find help to my questions without paying for a service call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the way it shows cost, etc. of my inventory right on the screen Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like the time it takes to think through changes to order tickets with lots of items on them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simple to use and laid out nicely. No major glitches within the system normally other than internet connection time outs occasionally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasional freezes within the system. The overall look and layout could be updated a little bit more for style but other than that no major upsets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to understand. Very simple and easy to use. From putting a sales order together to processing the payment everything is easy and smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Slow at the time of totaling the order cost. Glitches are common and your account would be logged out every time you exit the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favorite parts of counterpoint are the simplicity of the checkout process and the streamlined transfer process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it just seems like there are far too many buttons, but they all serve a purpose and it just takes a little bit to figure out what those purposes are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
