Navless Reviews & Product Details

Navless is a B2B buyer experience platform that helps companies get discovered in AI search results and guide website visitors to relevant solutions. It addresses two challenges that B2B marketing teams face as buyer behavior shifts toward AI-assisted research: appearing in LLM-generated recommendations (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) and replacing static website navigation with personalized, conversational buyer journeys. Navless consists of two products: Signal monitors questions in LLM's, identifies gaps where your brand should be mentioned, then generates new on-brand content to fill the gaps and increase your company's visibility in AI search responses. Every new piece of content you publish from Signal is automatically structured with metadata, schema markup, JSON-LD, robots.txt, and llms.txt files so that AI search engines and large language models can accurately understand and reference your brand in their responses. Guide is an intelligent overlay that sits on top of a company's existing website. When a visitor arrives, Guide asks discovery questions, identifies the visitor's use case, and assembles a personalized solution path from your company's existing marketing and sales materials — functioning as an AI-powered solutions consultant rather than a traditional chatbot or form-based lead capture tool. Both products deploy through a single embed code with no CMS migration, website redesign, or team retraining required. Setup typically takes one day. Navless is designed for B2B companies with complex products or services that involve multiple buyer personas, verticals, or use cases — situations where a static menu-based website struggles to connect each visitor to the right information. Common deployment contexts include companies with configurable solutions, multi-vertical positioning, and lengthy evaluation cycles. The platform integrates with CRM’s and marketing automation systems including HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and Pardot. Navless, Inc. is headquartered in the United States.

"Tourial is fantastic"

5/5

What do you like best about Navless?

Tourial allows prospects to easily see and feel our platform without having to signup for a free trial. In an industry where people need to really get a feel for something, this is a huge win for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navless?

Tourial is great, I have nothing at this time that I don't like Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great and easy way to put together product tours"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Navless?

Love how easy it is to use, our product changes often so being able to easily update these is key for us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navless?

Doesn't have all the options for screen customization and the ability to polish the rough bits of your demo environment like some other tools, but what you get in flexibility and time to value make it more valuable for our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very easy to use and build out click tutorials and videos"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Navless?

The ease of use in creating a Tourial, such as being able to drag and drop items and configure them quickly and easily. It's intuitive

Support was good also when I had questions.

Overall helped improve our docs with this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navless?

A feature request is to have the time Tourials have a "loop" option so it can loop instead of users clicking to restart it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Far more effective than a video demo"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Navless?

The user experience that we can provide for our customers is unmatched. The customer service level that tourial operates on is amazing. The product and leadership teams actively seek out feedback and make improvements rapidly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navless?

Would love the mobile experience to improve (told it is coming soon). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navless solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a complex B2B software product that requires a demo typically to understand all the features. In an effort to turn towards PLG (Product Lead Growth) we needed to give a user the option to see the product virtually without a salesperson. This works incredibly well for markets when we don't have time zone coverage for sales and for those that are younger buyers looking to do it themselves vs picking up a phone, filling out a form or emailing in.

We have noticed increased demand in the form of 2.5% lead generation from Tourial pages with forms below. For the price this is a great tool that can really be a solid bump in customer experience on your website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-use Software for Making Interactive Product Tours"

5/5

What do you like best about Navless?

Tourial has been very easy to learn. I have only been using the product for a little over a month, and I have already created two product tours. The format of the tours is cool because it helps prospects feel like they are interacting with our product instead of simply watching a video. Also, the Tourial Customer Success team has been very responsive and helpful. Davis regularly checks in on my progress and is quick to respond when I send him questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navless?

So far I have no complaints. Tourial has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navless solving and how is that benefiting you?

I chose Tourial because I was looking for a solution to help me create professional product demo videos for less money and time than working with a marketing agency. Tourial is easy to use and so I have already been able to create two product tours in just over a month. I also like that Tourial provides analytics for the tours so I can see how users are engaged and where their engagement level is dropping off. I can also quickly edit the tour on the fly if I want to make changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Some Issues with Product, but Overall Good Experience"

4/5

What do you like best about Navless?

Tourial makes it possible to create and share product tours that we would not have been able to make on our own. Tourial makes it (relatively) easy for a non-video editor or someone without product experience to create a tour that can be a really engaging sales tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navless?

Some of the minor issues/bugs that we've experienced with the product interrupts workflow and can be frustrating. One example is the extension sometimes works and takes the correct screenshot and other times the screenshots do not include the full page of our product screen. I have no explanation on when or why this happens.

The most frustrating things though are that when you take a screenshot or a video with the extension it does not always upload to my tour in Tourial. I always have to open a new tour when I add a new screenshot and then I have multiple tabs with draft tours that don't always save. The other biggest issue I have is that we cannot "replace" screenshot images. Let's say we have a small cosmetic update to our product or one screenshot needs to be updated. I cannot simply replace this screenshot, instead I have to re-create all the text on the screen and re-direct the tour flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tourial has already paid for itself in 3 months"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Navless?

Easy to onboard, implement, and use, implement. Super happy with the team and the product.

We've seen immediate dividends through interactive demo usage, contributing greatly to the buyer's journey and turning qualified leads into demo completions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navless?

No dislikes at the moment. If anything, would love to see the team keep innovating and bringing new functionality/features into the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
