Tourial was easy to set-up and easy to use. Their post-sales support team is top notch and very knowledgeable. Because it's so easy to start making demos, their CSM team focuses on helping us up-level our demos. They share best practices, tips and tricks, and help us optimize to constantly improve results. We also have integrated with Marketo to track leads, and that process was easy and quick to set-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's hard to find anything I dislike about Tourial. My best recommendation is to make sure you have Tourial prioritized as a project for your team or department, and the resources needed to make a few Tourials right after the contract to start seeing value right away.
