It improved the efficiency in that we can work as a team, having a follow-up of tasks within each project and taking into account the priority of each one from the highest to the lowest in order to finish the most urgent ones first. I like the simplicity with which I can add tasks to each project and have the follow-up until the completion of delivery. I must confess that at first I could not learn the correct use and how to use all its functions correctly, for a moment I thought of never using it again because I was stressed not knowing until I spoke with support and it helped me a lot in the learning process and thus use it correctly. NativeTasks is a simple solution for quickly getting up and running with a task manager. I use it for freelance projects, and the ability to add team members scoped to a project is exactly what I needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Features that are missing that would improve this product for my use case:

- Scope users to all projects except certain ones (right now you can scope users to specific projects or all projects, but I would like some users to automatically have access to all projects except ones that I specify)

- API integration (I would love to be able to query and update tasks/projects via API integration. There are integrations for Google Sheets, Slack, Discord, and Email, but nothing customizable) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been struggling to put together a course to offer as a freebie for the launch of our online community, juggling too many tasks simultaneously and dropping the ball more than once! With Native Tasks my greatest experience is that I did not had to be a seasoned Project Manager, didn't need any previous knowledge and my team did not have to go rhgouth any extensive training to help me get things done. So far my experience has been incredibly positive and to be honest everything I have needed to use I have had at my fingertips at once. While I am not an experienced Project Manager I can tell for a fact that so far in my experience its lacking NOTHING! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the great flexibility while having an almost too simplistic interface.

You can easily create your forms for tasks and even share those forms as input option from anywhere. E.g. clients or users can submit requests via those shared forms. Those forms even have the option of conditional questions.

Some useful analytics, integrations, and usual features like kanban, list views, file upload, etc., are also available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The downsides are a maybe too simple User Interface. Some might call it even bland. Also, some more help files and video introductions (only one concise one is there) would be great. Its super simple to integrate into your workflow. You can embed it, share it as a QR code, HTML file, link. The reports and analytics are great and make it easy to manage. You can export everything as a pdf or excel file. The app on my mac is super fast and doesn't have any performance issues or syncing issues. A+. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clean and fast interface. Ability to create forms for task creation. These forms can be shared outside of the dashboard, which is very nice!

Great integrations and the team is willing to cater for your request for integration.

They have three templates Classic, Standard & Advanced.
