The wide variety of additional features that's constantly being introduced is also greatly appreciated and expands on the options for engagement methodologies. The customer support, especially the account managers, are stellar and they are very helpful in not only helping with technical matters, but also finding ways for the features in NationBuilder to work for your use case and strategies. My workplace is working with a massive amount of database of supporters and volunteers, and being able to segment them into categories and lists that are quite granular has been extremely important not only when it comes to email blasting, but also for data-gathering and analysis. There are more than enough engagement features - such as social capitals, automation, volunteer management - that I never felt constrained by the platform when I try to create innovative plans and strategies.
