NBRI is very helpful with getting everything in place and following up with any changes we needed.

**What do you dislike about National Business Research Institute?**

The cost is a bit high and they charge ala carte so to save money we did our own envelopes and printed all the letters in house as well

**What problems is National Business Research Institute solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Issues within departments have come to light and we were able to talk with employees and get ideas on how to make things better
