The mind mapping and brainstorming tools are just what the doctor ordered for idea generation and macro view of thoughts. That is one of the simple and nice ways to get of writer's block and start imagine. **What do you dislike about Narrative?** It is the formatting that I feel is limiting the story. Even though it is very convenient for swimming ideas, but it is discomfortable for formatting text to have a paper up to standard. During some instances, I need to export my files and use almost another program so I can finally accomplish what I want my layout and style to be. **What problems is Narrative solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being narrative is a big deal for me in that I find easy to set keys to get my writing project off. It helps me to give a more holistic idea of what is going on in my mind, it allows me to organize it visually, and works out a clear structure. It allows me to be efficient with my time and to avoid the headaches of being stuck with nothing to write down. Fast forwarding from this phase to the draft is what I do now. ### 2. Considering the softwares features and capabilities it's not worth the investment. The customer service relies on recorded voice mails is not helpful. **What do you dislike about Narrative?** It would be better to make icons a bit brighter. Thats a matter of personal preference. Also I did find it a bit difficult to locate the product on search engines. I feel like needs to provide more resources to fully support their users. The interface of their platform is overwhelming and confusing at times which poses a learning curve for beginners. **What problems is Narrative solving and how is that benefiting you?** Improvement in customer support response times would be bettr too since delays hinders problem resolution. Narrative needs to work on solving inquiries related to data stack as clients often feel unsatisfied and uncertain, in those aspects. ### 3.
