**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Namecheap email?**

Namecheap makes it fairly easy to setup an email domain for your business. As long as you don't mind paying a montly fee.

**What do you dislike about Namecheap email?**

I like gmail much better. Not sure why I wouldn't stick with that.

**What problems is Namecheap email solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Namecheap aims to give my company a professional looking email address and service. It certainly can serve that purpose, but I'm not sure my employees are confident when I work with a company called NameCheap.

  ### 4. Reasonable pricing, easy to use, efficient support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michele O. | Creative Technologist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Namecheap email?**

For a basic email service, it does exactly what you need. Easy to set up, starts working immediately and reliably.

**What do you dislike about Namecheap email?**

I misunderstood the "alias" functionality through no fault of NameCheap. It only allows incoming but not outgoing messages via aliases.

I expected to be able to set up "send as" and forwarding to a single mailbox without purchasing additional mailboxes as this feature is offered by other services. Should you try to use it the way you would with other services it works inconsistently, with some emails successfully sent, and some vanishing into the ether.

This is clearly documented as unsupported, but it would be nice if it were as I only need the one mailbox, but would like to be able to reply from the address that an email was sent to.

**Recommendations to others considering Namecheap email:**

If you just need a plain mailbox with no "send as alias" functionality, this does the job.

**What problems is Namecheap email solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I previously had domain forwarding on a Gmail mailbox (not via GSuite) and receipt/delivery was unreliable and not timely. However, GSuite was priced outside of my budget for a hobby project. I miss integration with my CRM which is built around Gmail, but I like the reliability and timeliness more.

**Reviewed by:** ASHISH R. | Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Namecheap email?**

Very easy way to make our email business account and if we have more than one email to switch we just have to put it into its inbox and then we don't have to switch always .

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shalom T. | Customer Success Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Namecheap email?**

It's straightforward to use. And the settings are not complicated to find like other email providers. It's made just for a beginner to understand how to set it up properly. Also, it has a free trial. That's amazing!

**What do you dislike about Namecheap email?**

As lovely as it is, It's not the best I've used. It'll be nice to have more file storage, but sadly it's limited to 200MB. So I have to send my files to Onedrive instead. Otherwise. It's a fantastic product.

**What problems is Namecheap email solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use this for my support email. It does the job just right. Sometimes I have to cancel the emails so that I can use google emails, but I always come back to this and use this again.

  ### 11. The best Cost vs. Value!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Faisal A. | TOP RATED Lead Generation Expert, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Namecheap email?**

The pricing, and easy access.
Fast responding technically oriented support

**What do you dislike about Namecheap email?**

Limited features.
Not anything like G Suite or Office 365, not even close to Zoho.
The interface isn't as good too.

**What problems is Namecheap email solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using this for the domains for G Suite or Office365 seems too pricey and not needed.
For some domains (of me or my clients) we don't need even a 5GB storage for each email, so, for those using Namecheap email is the best option out there.

  ### 12. The best website hosting I've found so far.

Having a Namecheap email allows my company to have a Business email.
