NabShift Reviews & Product Details

NabShift is a mobile-first shift board that helps security staffing companies fill open posts fast — by text, not phone trees. Post an open shift and only the guards who are eligible and available get an SMS. They claim it in one reply or tap it on a live map — no group texts, no calling a list, no mandatory app. It works on any phone that can text. Eligibility is enforced, not suggested: NabShift checks certifications and licenses before a guard sees a shift and hard-blocks expired credentials. Restricted shifts stay hidden from workers who don't qualify, and pay stays private. Prove it happened — one-time GPS check-in, photos, timesheets, payroll-ready CSV export, and client-ready coverage reports. Runs beside the scheduler you already use. Flat monthly price by crew size — your inactive bench is free — plus an optional SMS add-on. Veteran-owned, built alongside a working Twin Cities security crew.
