Post an open shift and only the guards who are eligible and available get an SMS. They claim it in one reply or tap it on a live map — no group texts, no calling a list, no mandatory app. It works on any phone that can text. Eligibility is enforced, not suggested: NabShift checks certifications and licenses before a guard sees a shift and hard-blocks expired credentials. Restricted shifts stay hidden from workers who don't qualify, and pay stays private.
