It's been a very secure platform and transactions are processed quickly. Whenever we have had a question, their customer service is quick to respond. **What do you dislike about MyVirtualMerchant?** Would like to be able to store card numbers, but I'm sure that would decrease the level of security. **What problems is MyVirtualMerchant solving and how is that benefiting you?** Processing credit card payments is the problem it solves. When we first signed up for Converge, we didn't know much about the process. This is an easy process and secure payment processing for all parties. Clients receive a receipt instantly upon completing the payment process. This makes the process transparent for both us an the clients who entrust their financial information. **What do you dislike about MyVirtualMerchant?** I have not encountered any issues, I do not have any dislikes - a comment can be added that I had issues reaching a live contact but my corporate provided me the direct contact when this occurred. The CSR was extremely helpful and the copy of the receipt was sent right away. **Recommendations to others considering MyVirtualMerchant:** definitely an excellent service to use for processing of payments in the US and Internationally. **What problems is MyVirtualMerchant solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to accept payments/ accepting deposits in an easy and efficient way. Both the clients and us feel that the process is secure. Instant confirmation of the payment submitted. This is a quick and reliable process for our company to receive payments. The system is very self explanatory and receipt forwarding is good. **What do you dislike about MyVirtualMerchant?** I dislike the last minute notifications of a password needing to be changed for security/safety purposes because it is often as we are trying to process a charge. I leave it saved as a bookmark and am so easily in and out when processing credit cards. I run hundreds of credit cards through the year and this program saves me so much times. It is great that it takes international cards as well. My company uses Square as well but Square has a hard time with international cards. I can always rely on Virtual Merchant to process them easily. **What do you dislike about MyVirtualMerchant?** The receipt it produces is pretty simple, it would be nice if it could some information regarding the transaction. I save all the receipts and a little more info on it would be helpful. I wish could invoice out of this system and not have to use Square in addition. **Recommendations to others considering MyVirtualMerchant:** Use along another payment system if you don't want to run all payments yourself **What problems is MyVirtualMerchant solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company processes a large number of payments for hundreds of people. When someone doesn't want to pay through a Square link or via check, I can take their information over the phone and run it myself through this system. It is great to have payment options. ### 10. We process more cards than we ever realized we would and MVM is fantatic. Particularly like the ability to save client information since I have many repeat clients. Keeping credit cards on file in a secure platform is perfect for what I need. **What do you dislike about MyVirtualMerchant?** Not the most user-friendly product I've seen- can be confusing at first especially when processing returns or voids. I was also very confused when going through PCI compliance- it took me a long time and I wasn't exactly sure what I was doing for parts of it- though this is probably user error and not directly related to the product. **Recommendations to others considering MyVirtualMerchant:** Definitely a good product that has all the functions you need, even if the setup is a little difficult at first. Though the hardest part for me was making sure I was CPI compliant- which is not a problem with my virtual merchant itself (I think it would be true for any virtual merchant). **What problems is MyVirtualMerchant solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to save client information is key to making the payment process more streamlined for returning clients.
