What do you like best about MyVirtualMerchant?

I use converge/my virtual merchant to charge clients on a daily basis. This is an easy process and secure payment processing for all parties. Clients receive a receipt instantly upon completing the payment process. This makes the process transparent for both us an the clients who entrust their financial information. What do you dislike about MyVirtualMerchant?

I have not encountered any issues, I do not have any dislikes -

a comment can be added that I had issues reaching a live contact but my corporate provided me the direct contact when this occurred. The CSR was extremely helpful and the copy of the receipt was sent right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am able to accept payments/ accepting deposits in an easy and efficient way. Both the clients and us feel that the process is secure. Instant confirmation of the payment submitted. What do you like best about MyVirtualMerchant?

This software allows the ease of logging in on designated computers as well as mobile devices. The system is very self explanatory and receipt forwarding is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyVirtualMerchant?

I dislike the last minute notifications of a password needing to be changed for security/safety purposes because it is often as we are trying to process a charge. An email notification letting us know it is due would be better so we could be prepared. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyVirtualMerchant?

I love how user friendly and simple this program is. I leave it saved as a bookmark and am so easily in and out when processing credit cards. I run hundreds of credit cards through the year and this program saves me so much times. It is great that it takes international cards as well. My company uses Square as well but Square has a hard time with international cards. I can always rely on Virtual Merchant to process them easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyVirtualMerchant?

The receipt it produces is pretty simple, it would be nice if it could some information regarding the transaction. I save all the receipts and a little more info on it would be helpful. Our company processes a large number of payments for hundreds of people. When someone doesn't want to pay through a Square link or via check, I can take their information over the phone and run it myself through this system. It is great to have payment options. What do you like best about MyVirtualMerchant?
