Being able to have an app that a customer can download is huge. Not only is it convenient for the customer but it also gives your enhances the perception of your business. There are a lot of things you can do on it, such as track attendance, have your retail (purchases can be from home too), keep members & billing in one spot, and send out news alerts. This takes Team App and adds so much more value to it. The parents can add themselves via code (which you get to make your own), and have it accessed on their phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MyStudio? Since the website is still new, many bugs/new features are being worked out, but are coming soon. There can only be one main admin account, and that account can only be accessed on a desktop. You cannot be added as an admin member on a phone, so there are things that need to be changed like that. At first, we had a lot of questions about transitioning over, but they are super helpful. They have done a few video chats with our team to walk us through the questions we had. We had to hand put in our people and their card info, along with all of the merchandise we are selling. This way, parents can purchase things at home (which is a lot easier).
