**What do you like best about MyHub?**

The customer service is excellent. MyHub provides a boutique experience and works with you to make the most of their software. The software itself is easy to use and their documentation is pretty good. It connected flawlessly to my client's MS 365 account. The pricepoint is right, too. If you really do your research you will find that MyHub is a great price for what you get. The other intranet CMS's I looked at were anywhere from 25%-200% higher than MyHub, with some not offering an app or charging more if they do have an app. MyHub includes their app with the total price.

**What do you dislike about MyHub?**

There are some limitations like not having categories for blog posts, but there is a work around for that. There were a few additional items, like no icon box module or breadcrumbs, but they are willing to work with you to implement things and/or find an alternate solution. Even though there are some items that I coudn't get the way I wanted, I will stick with MyHub because they are constantly improving their CMS. They actually care and it shows in the software. I know it will continue to get better and better. You can't put a price on integrity. It's refreshing to find a vendor that listens to the needs of their customers and takes action immediately.

**What problems is MyHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My client is on an old handcoded intranet (for real - it's SOOOO old I don't know how it still works). lol. My client has three different locations for her physical therapy practice and they all need to stay connected. With her current intranet on the verge of collapse we are very excited to get their new MyHub intranet launched. This is going to revolutionize how they do their daily work. Anywhere from onboarding new hires to online forms for staff to fill out and submit (instead of using paper). MyHub allowed me to streamline a lot of processes, enabling them to free up time for more important tasks.

**What do you like best about MyHub?**

Most useful -- forms submission -- for leave requests and timesheet modifications. We have 2 offices, so having all the requests in one place is so awesome. Also, the newletter feature for weekly announcements. Those are the 2 features we use the most.

**What do you dislike about MyHub?**

No intuitive for building the site and forms. I've gotten the hang of it, but if I want to assign HUB management to a member of my team, it may take them a while to get the nuance of it.

**What problems is MyHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before my hub, we used a paper schedule and paper leave requests and timesheet modifications. Doing this all electronically has 1) reduced errors immensely and  2) reduced paper waste. Everything is centralized on the HUB.  When someone tries to tell me verbally that "I need x date off" -- I can respond, "Please submit on the hub." It's great.

**What do you like best about MyHub?**

MyHub is such an easy and helpful intranet software! We have been using MyHub for 7 years, and they are constantly adding new features and improving existing ones. The support team is the best there is! They are always quick to respond and are so pleasant to work with!

**What do you dislike about MyHub?**

There really isn't anything I can say I dislike about MyHub.

**What problems is MyHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MyHub provides us a solution for new hire onboarding, new hire training documents, benefits information, new hire and offboarding notifications, exit interviews, company news, field coaching reports, the list is never ending!! It allows our HR team to provide so many amazing resources to our employees in a clean and easy site. We use it for absolutely everything we can!

**What do you like best about MyHub?**

From the initial training and introduction by the MyHub team, our staff have found MyHub to be an easy to use, easy to maintain company intranet solution. It was an easy to setup product, and worked well with the single sign on option. We are able to design pages the way we wish, make changes easily, and self-train new staff on how to navigate the software. The customer support and updates to features are also excellent.

**What do you dislike about MyHub?**

There were some initial learnings that required customer support help, however this was mainly due to our staff becoming familiar with the software.

**What problems is MyHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MyHub provides a one-stop-shop for our company resources, knowledge database and staff directory information.

**What do you like best about MyHub?**

Setting up was simple, but equally important, re-configuring was easy too.  We use this every day, not so much as a classic intranet, but have configured it as a portal for our subcontractors. Considering integration, we routinely embed Google Sheets. Finally, customer support, including both tech support and account service has been uniformly excellent. I know that an inquiry will be responded to in a timely way, with answers that make sense.

**What do you dislike about MyHub?**

I have not experienced any downsides to date (after >3 years of continuous use).

**What problems is MyHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a rapidly configurable contractor portal, where we could collect and post data about the individual worker's production, but NOT have any interaction between contractors.  MyHub turned out to be a low-cost alternative to much more dedicated portal software.

**What do you like best about MyHub?**

The biggest upside of MyHub is how easy it is to build the portal from the beginning stages all the way to the end. On the user end, it's also very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about MyHub?**

I wish the app had more features and I know it just released not too long ago so there's more time for it to evolve.. but I think the app needs more features to mimick the website version. I'd like to see an option to build pages that allow you to include information.

MyHub is streamlining a lot of processes for our growing company. It's also tieing in our 4 locations and bringing employees together.

**What do you like best about MyHub?**

I like that the process of creating the webstie was very user friendly and easy to modify to my likings. It can take a lot of work getting the website to where you want it to be, and the process can be very tedious, but the results are very rewarding and my employees really appreciate the website as it helps them with their everyday workflows.

**What do you dislike about MyHub?**

The only downside I see to this is that it is very easy for you to accidentally delete something, or make a change that causes 3 more steps to get back. There were many times I made a page and something happened and I had to rebuild the page from scratch again.

**What problems is MyHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This page has centralized our phone directory, stored employee company forms, and allowed me to provide shortcuts to URL's that we use as a company.
I created this page in a way that a new hire who knew nothing about our company could easily perform their tasks.

I like the ease of use and the cost of the software, it makes it a great tool to coloborate with others on.

**What do you dislike about MyHub?**

It feels like its almost there with sharepoint, it would be great if you could just open documents on the fly like an excel file and then be able to fill out the excel file and click on save and thats it, but you can't you have to download then make edits then upload it back.

one location for all of our corporate documents, informing employees of company events and coloborating with others using the forms.

**What do you like best about MyHub?**

MyHub has been so easy to pick up and learn, meaning we could get our site live really quickly and involve wider members of the team who haven't used similar software before. New features are frequently added and support is always prompt and thorough.

**What do you dislike about MyHub?**

Some of the design features aren't quite as smooth as modern as we'd potentially like, but it hasn't stopped us from creating a site we are happy with.

Our company consists of multiple businesses spread across different sites. The intranet has allowed us to bridge some of the gaps in communication that had been present, also helping the sense of cohesion across the company.

**What do you like best about MyHub?**

The MyHub Instranet Software lets us maintain a robust staff intranet site for a fraction of the price of other brands.  The program is relatively easy to use and is always working on new features to improve their systems.  The customer service support is wonderful and quick to respond at any hour of the day.

**What do you dislike about MyHub?**

There are some design/formatting features that are a bit clunky or I wish gave me some options to copy or move things differently.

**What problems is MyHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The MyHub software has allowed us to create a central hub of information and communication for our staff that we previously did not have.  We've even expanded it so far as to create a seperate portal for our Board of Directors to be have access to all their essential documents and communications in one place.

MyHub is constantly making improvements and offering training video and help menus so that you can quickly learn new features.

**What do you dislike about MyHub?**

There is little option to undo a mistake if you make one on something that sends out an alert.

**What problems is MyHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are working on getting all reference docs in one place and organized and using the platform to communicate about meetings, broker updates and events.  We are slowly getting there.

Simple and straightforward product with drag-and-drop modules

I occasionally had questions to specific to how our organization functions that were not able to be answered by the knowledge base.

All-in-one solution for files and request forms. We have used Microsoft previoously (sharepoint and forms with Power Automate) and the functionality with My Hub has been much easier and straightforward.

Very visual and I like the buttons when the program is opened. Nice that they stand out.

A lot of clicking through. I think it's doing to go one way, with buttons all then way, then it switches to lists.

I like that it is very easy to navigate, you can access you pay stubs, time care, PTO balance, benefits information.. basically anything form an HR perspective... it's all right at your fingertips. I also like that it has learning portals available so that you can self-teach. 

**What do you dislike about MyHub?**

I dislike that the company I work for makes you sign in with username and password, then answer 2 security questions EVERY TIME you log in, even if you are on the same computer. Security reasons I guess. 

**Recommendations to others considering MyHub:**

The customer service is the best in the industry in responsiveness, addressing issues, and providing helpful solutions. MyHub aims to please and consistently goes above and beyond as a premier vendor!

We do our business expense reports, supply ordering and payment requests all through MyHub. Its a central location for most employees.

**What do you like best about MyHub?**

MyHub Software is generally simple to utilize and is to a great degree adaptable. It took not as much as half a month to build up a multi-page private entryway, with a lot of information, that addresses our issues. The pre-assembled layouts and the one-on-one virtual preparing, alongside the help aides and recordings, kicked off and empowered snappy advancement without requiring a specialized foundation. Page creation, page administration, security, and client administration are brilliant. 

The client benefit is the best in the business in responsiveness, tending to issues, and giving accommodating arrangements. MyHub plans to please and reliably goes well beyond as a chief merchant! 

The expense of MyHub is unbelievable in the business.

**What do you dislike about MyHub?**

The Document Exchange abilities were the principle explanation behind us to choose MuHub. The Microsoft Explorer structure and related security are great. In a page, it is conceivable to set up hyperlinks to records put away in the Document Exchange. The capacity to set up a hyperlink to an organizer in the Document Exchange does not presently exist and we trust that this significant improvement would be made accessible sooner or later.

Organizing and shading of text styles over the site was somewhat hard to deal with. A significant number of the connections we were adding appeared to be organized inaccurately. Possibly it was our blame yet it appeared to require a long investment to get them right. When we did be that as it may, no issues.

**What do you like best about MyHub?**

The customer service was very helpful, initial phone call to go over the product, they were very responsive over email. They also extended my trial when I need some more time to set it up and get it approved. They also informed me of some updates they will be doing in the coming year. 
The price is good compared to other forum services and the ability to implement multiple forums on one platform with different settings was very appealing to us. 

**What do you dislike about MyHub?**

The interface is a bit clunky/slow - pages do not load as fast as I would like. There are some limitations to how much you can customize the site - for example, wanted to add a favicon but could not. 

**Recommendations to others considering MyHub:**

Use the trial to see the limitations and benefits - it will take time to see if it is the right software for you. 

**What problems is MyHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are creating a customer forum for yacht owners - which is not exactly what the Intranet is created for but it had many of the capabilities we needed at a price that was very reasonable.

**What do you like best about MyHub?**

It is very easy to build and share with MyHub. Your process of opening the site. Configuration in a few steps. Inclusion of Google documents and options make it special. Allow users according to their permission levels to change administer test their sites.
I call myself a lot and I like their business tools, I find them useful and their integration with standard office applications is total.


**What do you dislike about MyHub?**

Although in theory there is a dedicated expert to accompany the design of a site when it is necessary in some opportunities this support has not been provided with the required speed. But it is more of expectations than functional.

**Recommendations to others considering MyHub:**

I would tell them to try Myhub is easy to use with one of the best market values with respect to the benefit. It has a trial version that lets you know what the platform is and how it operates. There are others similar in the market for values that exceed MyHub by 200%.
The comments of the internal users show great conformity and satisfaction with respect to other proposals that we tried at the time.

**What problems is MyHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The first aspect that resolves is the creation and testing of sites without involving additional costs for lodging and other services.
It generates a genuine test opportunity for the sites, allowing even to design proposals for the future.
It solves the time of attention for IT since it allows to assign to the users a high degree of independence to operate and test without requiring a constant accompaniment of other areas.

**What do you like best about MyHub?**

I like how MyHub was simple enough for someone who is a beginner like me, but had the capability to enhance the site to another level through clean advanced design. A lot of our clients easily fell in love with the product as well because they had a central location where information is easily accessible, visual, simple, clean, and modern.  

**What do you dislike about MyHub?**

A times setting the colors and formatting correctly seemed to be challenging at first. Just like anything else there was a little learning curve, but with the help of customer service, they were able to walk me through all of my questions with ease. 

**Recommendations to others considering MyHub:**

This tool is design friendly for the non-tech person. You should consider this software if you're looking for something customizable to fit your needs. My company favors minimalism so we needed something clean and simple that didn't take years to understand or train on.

The company wanted to move away from an internal Intranet that was pretty limiting on site. So they wanted an internet based intranet so that all of us could access no matter where we were. Even on mobile - which was pretty advanced for us.
