Security teams get instant visibility at the gate through a dedicated guard app, while building managers and tenants manage their own visitor flows from a web dashboard or mobile app. Key capabilities include multi-tenant and parent/sub-tenant access structures, Outlook plugin for visitor invitations directly from calendar, emergency alert and mustering, PII access audit logging, and integration with leading access control hardware. MyGatePass is deployed across hotels, mixed-use developments, industrial parks, and gated communities in the UAE and Qatar. Clients include JA Hotels, Al Ghurair, Dutco, and Metal Park.
