MyGatePass is a cloud-based visitor management and gate access control platform built for the GCC market. Designed for commercial real estate, hospitality, and industrial facilities across the UAE and Qatar, MyGatePass replaces paper logs and manual ID checks with a fast, secure, and fully digital check-in experience. Facility managers use MyGatePass to pre-register visitors and contractors, issue QR-coded gate passes, verify UAE Pass digital identity, and maintain a real-time audit trail of everyone entering and exiting their premises. Security teams get instant visibility at the gate through a dedicated guard app, while building managers and tenants manage their own visitor flows from a web dashboard or mobile app. Key capabilities include multi-tenant and parent/sub-tenant access structures, Outlook plugin for visitor invitations directly from calendar, emergency alert and mustering, PII access audit logging, and integration with leading access control hardware. MyGatePass is deployed across hotels, mixed-use developments, industrial parks, and gated communities in the UAE and Qatar. Clients include JA Hotels, Al Ghurair, Dutco, and Metal Park. Built and supported in Dubai Internet City, with Arabic and English interface support.
