**What do you like best about myCiti?**

Currently, I'm testing and evaluating myCiti solution, I would like the idea of smart communities and how to transform any apartment complex or society into an intelligent technology driven community.

**What do you dislike about myCiti?**

The application needs more enhancements on online payment integrations and adding more flexibility for donations and events.

**What problems is myCiti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

myCiti makes society events management more easier, I can broadcast the event details, get participation list, track, collect Fees online & check-in based on digital! which is awesome.

Myciti is a streamline process for banking and keeping all items in one place. There is no question o n how easy and clear this is.

**What do you dislike about myCiti?**

MyCiti is similar to other programs. There is nothing that I do not like.

Myciti keeps everything in one place. It makes it easy to keep track of everything I need in one place.

myCiTi helps out a lot with bus routes and the timing of public transportation.

**What do you dislike about myCiti?**

Lag time could be fixed, and updated bus routes.

**What problems is myCiti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Public transportation is always the better way to leave your carbon footprint down.

the design of the app can be a bit confusing and how to extract data can be confusing

hopefully there are updates coming down the pipeline

I like how the directories are fully comprehensive for all the residents.

The integrations with smart home integrations could be more robust

Solving building management issues and helps me keep track of current residents.
