And did I mention how affordable they are!!! Wow, there is no comparison to the industry leaders. **What do you dislike about muse.ai?** There are some features that I know they are aware of that are not yet in place that I am anxious to have access to. 1) Social media links / sharing from the videos within the portal. 2) Manually organizing the videos on each collection and the portals. 3) Custom domain mapping for a more personalized branding experience. .... but that is a great start. **What problems is muse.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Their search and AI functionality are beneficial, and the low cost for startup accounts and entrepreneurs is unmatched. I run courses and embed them on my website, which is super simple. I also love the automatic transcripts Muse generates. They're not 100% accurate, but updating them is easy. The best part is the search. You can search within videos. And the search returns phrases spoken on videos as well as text scanned on the screen and more. It's really incredible. The support from Muse is also amazing. They respond within minutes and have above and beyond to help me transfer videos from another service. **What do you dislike about muse.ai?** To be honest, I haven't yet found anything I don't really like. **What problems is muse.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm hosting videos for courses on my website. ### 5. Like that is easy to use from a customer's standpoint who might not be technically advanced. I am a wedding videographer and was in need of a video hosting platform to be able to show raw footage before producing the final product. I must say that Muse.ai, produces a stellar product and at an exceptional value. In all honesty, compared to the big kahuna- Vimeo, Muse.ai nearly hits all the marks for a video hosting platform. The one and the only aspect that they fall short in is Live Streaming. However, I still rate them 5 stars because they compensate for that in many ways with value and support to be two of the biggest. I will attest, I am a Vimeo Premium user and the support from Vimeo is spotty at best. If you contact them in the morning, you will be lucky to get an answer by dinner time. Muse.ai, responds to you within 5 minutes or so which is remarkable. Some of the top features that made me join their service is that it provides my clients an easy and clean platform to see just their videos and nothing else. It also has the ability to select the resolution for the video which is critical as I am charging for a 4K recording and my clients want to see their product in 4K. The fact that they also have the ability to stream the video directly to Chromecast or Apple Airplay is a game-changer. In conclusion, Muse.Ai is a Super Trifecta of a Video Hosting Platform. If you are in need of a video hosting solution, look no further and make the smart decision, and choose Muse.Ai. You will not regret it. **What do you dislike about muse.ai?** No live streaming at the moment so it forces me to keep Vimeo, that's the only negative I have experienced. **Recommendations to others considering muse.ai:** Stop considering and just make the smart decision and select Muse.Ai as your video hosting solution. Secondly, I love how I can embed the videos hosted on Muse within a private members area on my website that allows my video editors to access, search and download clips they need for their projects. **What do you dislike about muse.ai?** Although there are still some limitations regarding what you can do when it comes to embedding, I wouldn't say I dislike anything. However, I guess you can say that I dislike the lack of marketing Muse has created as I wish I knew about this sooner. ;) **What problems is muse.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** We run a small video production agency, and our biggest problem was searching through our 250TB archive of footage when working on videos. Then it was challenging to upload and send footage to our remote editors since a local team member would have to stop what they were doing, search for the footage, upload it and then send it. Finally, even after all of that, links would get lost and waste even more time. So overall, Muse has saved our company thousands of dollars in time solely from the ability to quickly search for exactly what we need and then download it directly from our internal platform. ### 7. I like that you can quickly change it and embed it along with the player. Embedding might be challenging, but the team is there to help you. I had personal interactions with Rimvydas, and he is very helpful, cordial, and kind. **What do you dislike about muse.ai?** Well its a growing stage SAAS, so they are working hard on making sure that everything working well. I will not be surprised if they will be acquired by an AWS or something like that. That is the only fear (well for the clients I guess). **Recommendations to others considering muse.ai:** Video player and hosing works well, all the other tools needs special embedding and simple coding. It might be challenging for some. I believe the company works on making it simple. **What problems is muse.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Interactive chapters and interactive transcript are amazing features that I will recommend checking. So I decided to find the alternative and ended up choosing Muse.ai. I like how muse.ai interface looks; it's minimal. Also When you hit play, there are no lagging issues like Vimeo does. The reasonable subscription fee is a huge bonus too. **What do you dislike about muse.ai?** I had some embed issues, but Tomás through live chat was responsive and sorted out super quickly. **What problems is muse.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've read some reviews who used Muse.ai about embedding issues, so I was already aware of it.
