I signed up to test MUSE.AI over 6 months ago while searching for a more affordable video platform. I have used Vimeo, Brightcove and several others over the years. I am blown away by both the technology and the customer service. While they are still working on some features, I am confident they have the vision and the team to build the best video platform in the marketplace for my needs. There are some features that I know they are aware of that are not yet in place that I am anxious to have access to. 1) Social media links / sharing from the videos within the portal. 2) Manually organizing the videos on each collection and the portals. 3) Custom domain mapping for a more personalized branding experience. .... but that is a great start. Muse makes it easy to upload videos and host them. I run courses and embed them on my website, which is super simple. I also love the automatic transcripts Muse generates. They're not 100% accurate, but updating them is easy.

The best part is the search. You can search within videos. And the search returns phrases spoken on videos as well as text scanned on the screen and more. It's really incredible.

Simple, clean very good quality. Like that is easy to use from a customer's standpoint who might not be technically advanced. I am a wedding videographer and was in need of a video hosting platform to be able to show raw footage before producing the final product. I must say that Muse.ai, produces a stellar product and at an exceptional value. In all honesty, compared to the big kahuna- Vimeo, Muse.ai nearly hits all the marks for a video hosting platform. The one and the only aspect that they fall short in is Live Streaming. However, I still rate them 5 stars because they compensate for that in many ways with value and support to be two of the biggest. I will attest, I am a Vimeo Premium user and the support from Vimeo is spotty at best. If you contact them in the morning, you will be lucky to get an answer by dinner time. Muse.ai, responds to you within 5 minutes or so which is remarkable. Some of the top features that made me join their service is that it provides my clients an easy and clean platform to see just their videos and nothing else. It also has the ability to select the resolution for the video which is critical as I am charging for a 4K recording and my clients want to see their product in 4K. The fact that they also have the ability to stream the video directly to Chromecast or Apple Airplay is a game-changer. In conclusion, Muse.Ai is a Super Trifecta of a Video Hosting Platform. I could list all the fantastic features of the software, but the absolute best part is their customer service and willingness to listen to feedback and ideas.

Secondly, I love how I can embed the videos hosted on Muse within a private members area on my website that allows my video editors to access, search and download clips they need for their projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although there are still some limitations regarding what you can do when it comes to embedding, I wouldn't say I dislike anything.

The interactive transcript is an amazing tool for education. I like that you can quickly change it and embed it along with the player.
