Outdated. Bad customer service. Impossible to use. Headache inducing. Time wasting. Rude. I can go on **What problems is MSP-IT Advantage Program solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am having problems caused by using this product my productivity has dropped and I spend more time supporting the sales and marketing team in attempting to use it than any other product in our line up ### 2. It is difficult to operate if you need to use this on a mobile phone. **What problems is MSP-IT Advantage Program solving and how is that benefiting you?** MSP-IT advantage provides all online sales and marketing related tools on one platform. The reports section is really powerful as we can track our progress with contacts and companies. Website tracking, social media responses, and email-related activities are great tools for us to target prospects with high-level interest. ### 3. Would require deep knowledge to run the software with ease. **What problems is MSP-IT Advantage Program solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ability to run multiple email drip campaigns.
