What do you like best about MSP-IT Advantage Program?

I like how easily it connects my LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook along with tracking the responses from email and social campaigns with easy to use inbuild reports which can help me identify the prospects and know the actual status of the contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MSP-IT Advantage Program?

It is great software, but there is no integration available for publishing content on Instagram or YouTube. It is difficult to operate if you need to use this on a mobile phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MSP-IT Advantage Program solving and how is that benefiting you?

MSP-IT advantage provides all online sales and marketing related tools on one platform.

The reports section is really powerful as we can track our progress with contacts and companies. Website tracking, social media responses, and email-related activities are great tools for us to target prospects with high-level interest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The lead management section it has along with its ability to integrate with Salesforce is a big plus.

Not much customization is available in terms of User interface or any other customizations in terms of widgets.
