It's absolutely unusable. Outdated. Bad customer service. Impossible to use. Headache inducing. Time wasting. Rude. I can go on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easily it connects my LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook along with tracking the responses from email and social campaigns with easy to use inbuild reports which can help me identify the prospects and know the actual status of the contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is great software, but there is no integration available for publishing content on Instagram or YouTube. It is difficult to operate if you need to use this on a mobile phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The lead management section it has along with its ability to integrate with Salesforce is a big plus.
