All of these features make it so easy to use and help us to know exactly who is onsite at any time. **What do you dislike about MRI OnLocation for People Presence?** While I understand that they are adding more functionality to the package, some features overlap with our full HR system (like Qualifications Management and Inductions). It would be wonderful if these features could link to our HR software. Then, we would have an integrated system that provides incredible efficiency. **What problems is MRI OnLocation for People Presence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Knowing who is on site each day. On more than one occasion they have listened and implemented our feedback for both features and bugs. Your words aren't lost to the the void and they give real answers, not your typical runaround. It supports SAML authentication (and they don't charge extra for it like some), which makes integration a breeze. If you aren't using WhosOnLocation you're paying too much. **What do you dislike about MRI OnLocation for People Presence?** It's hard to say what I don't like because ever thing I have ever not liked has at some point been resolved. **Recommendations to others considering MRI OnLocation for People Presence:** Use as many or a few modules you think are necessary. **What problems is MRI OnLocation for People Presence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Service Provider and Asset Management is a breeze with WhosOnLocation. WhosOnLocation allows me to monitor the location of my employees throughout my company, which is quite useful when I want to communicate with someone and they are not in their office at that moment. This greatly helps to improve security in the company by having a greater record of the movement of people within the building. The price seems quite affordable for medium and large companies (which are the main focus of the system). Additionally, it can be used as a very useful system for managing visitor tracking in my company, as it keeps a very detailed record concerning the basic information of the person when entering the company. It also sends a notification to the corresponding department where the person is heading, indicating that they have a visitor on the way. **What do you dislike about MRI OnLocation for People Presence?** So far, I haven't found any inconvenience with WhosOnLocation, it seems to me that the system is quite good and reliable and so far it has fulfilled everything it promised. **What problems is MRI OnLocation for People Presence solving and how is that benefiting you?** WhosOnLocation has allowed me to improve all levels of security within my company, as thanks to WhosOnLocation I am able to create a record of visitors and staff that allows me to know who enters and who leaves the building at all times, thus controlling security at all times. WhosOnLocation has been very useful as it allows us to create a virtual identification card that automatically recognizes whether the person entering works at my company or not, allowing this information to be confirmed before the security staff grants entry. ### 4. All employees and service providers are automatically signed in when they pass the geofence we have set up. No manual sign in, totally hands free, mitigating the risk of Covid-19 spread. In the event of an emergency WolEvac is activated and everyone on site can be accounted for. **What do you dislike about MRI OnLocation for People Presence?** Sometimes there is a delay with WolMobile signing in a person or it might not sign them in. This could be due to the individuals phone settings. **What problems is MRI OnLocation for People Presence solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we have an emergency event, we don't need to go into the building (which might be unsafe) to collect the sign in board. If you're in a rush the magnet buttons tend to slide or fall off the sign in board. WolEvac populates every person on site to more than one phone. ### 5. It makes compliance reporting quicker and easier for me. I also like being able to see real time people presence as oftentimes, someone needs to know if a certain contractor is on site. **What do you dislike about MRI OnLocation for People Presence?** I wish the online portion was more user friendly. It seems like there is an awful lot of functionality to the app from the management side, but it's all hidden under other topics/sections. I oftentimes get lost or turned around when looking how to do something. And sometimes, I know what I'm trying to look for (a function) but it's named oddly or in a location I would have never expected to look. **Recommendations to others considering MRI OnLocation for People Presence:** If you are looking for a system that can take the place of an old school pen and paper, this is a great starting platform. **What problems is MRI OnLocation for People Presence solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives us a real time view of who is on site, no matter which micro location I'm at. It makes my monthly hourly calculating super easy, saving me 2 hours of time each month. And I can have multiple micro locations all hooked together, reporting to the same account. No more guessing if contractors at our other site have arrived - we can look via the "People Presence" portion or sign up to get alerts. ### 6. Very good reporting tool too. Updates at the end of the day to show number of visitors still on the premise or not signed out. Very helpful in communicating important announcements to external contractors **What do you dislike about MRI OnLocation for People Presence?** Apple, Windows tablet integration is not as smooth as deploying a PC with a keyboard and mouse. Guess there are reasons behind it. We as a fcility have more than 200 contractors signing in in one location. The tablets are just not equipped to handle this load **Recommendations to others considering MRI OnLocation for People Presence:** It is a good tool. Gives you good insight on who is entering your premise with contact details for further followup if required. **What problems is MRI OnLocation for People Presence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems tracking down contractors not submitting their keys which they get when they sign in, Tracking cars of contractors illegally parked around the premise. Urgent recall of all contractors in case of an emergency. ### 7. As i called while on the trial period and had the account during the intro they actually just implemented it for me and set it up in the time it took to show me the features. The staff were helpful for the set up of the tool but also after the set up any questions i asked through the website got answered in literately minutes. The price of the product too suited our small non-for-profit business. **What do you dislike about MRI OnLocation for People Presence?** I have not been able to find any negatives so far in 7 months other than the tool does not work on android tablets. We had a tablet in the office spare so would have been handy to have used that rather than have to purchase an ipad specifically for the sign in. **Recommendations to others considering MRI OnLocation for People Presence:** Use them. I have not used any other sign on tool but my research showed they all seem to do the same sort of stuff. The thing that separates whosonlocation is out of any software i have used in IT i have not received such efficient and helpful support from anyone else. **What problems is MRI OnLocation for People Presence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simple tool for managing guests coming into the office without the need for a reception. Assists with health and safety in terms of knowing who is in the building if an evacuation is needed. ### 8. Visitors can sign in during an evacuation **Recommendations to others considering MRI OnLocation for People Presence:** Great support for both implementation and BAU **What problems is MRI OnLocation for People Presence solving and how is that benefiting you?** There was a distinct lack of consistency across four sites with visitor and emergency management practices. WOL has simplified the process for all sites allowing for a consistent and known approach. The nature of the product allows on the ground staff to concentrate on the immediate issues whilst others not directly involved can be calling those onsite who have not been marked as safe. ### 9. The questions I had during setup were quickly and professionally address and we were up and running is a very short time. I like being able to tell at a glance where employees are located. The ability to check an individuals swipe history has been very useful, already. **What do you dislike about MRI OnLocation for People Presence?** The mobile app has been a little difficult to learn to use. We're struggling to get the group notifications to work properly. **Recommendations to others considering MRI OnLocation for People Presence:** Thouroughly discuss and define what and how you want this product to do for you, in order to avoid having to repeat set ups. **What problems is MRI OnLocation for People Presence solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have instant tracking of locations for all of our employees. This is critical, as we have multiple buildings on site. I've used the individual swipe histories to verify time card punches, on occasion. They may forget to punch the time card, but they had to swipe to get in the door. ### 10. I tried several options before deciding on this one. It offers so many options than just visitor management at no additional cost. **What do you dislike about MRI OnLocation for People Presence?** I would like the ability to distinguish between type of emergency notifications. For example, I would like to be able to send one message for building evacuation like fire emergencies and a different notification when shelter needs to be taken within the building like tornado emergencies. We are located in Oklahoma so this is a very real concern for us. **Recommendations to others considering MRI OnLocation for People Presence:** This software does so much more than visitor management. You will not regret trying it. **What problems is MRI OnLocation for People Presence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not only have we enjoyed the visitor management and notification, which our primary problem we needed to solve, but there are many more features we have found that have been very beneficial.
