M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2020 **What do you like best about Mosyle?** I love the simplicity of the Cloud Base program and how collaborates and integrates with Apple school ASM **What do you dislike about Mosyle?** I have been with mosyle for 4 yrs and I haven't found something that I dislike **Recommendations to others considering Mosyle:** If you gave budget limitation and you want something that is simple and easy to use, as well work very well with Apple School i recommend mosyle for you school. **What problems is Mosyle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Manage Ipad , macbooks and apple TV, as well apple configurator is a plus that can be use with Mosyle. ### 2. If a feature is missing, they will take it into account and let the end user know if it will be implemented. I was able to set up Mosyle Business in minutes and enroll my first device. Not only that, the team at Mosyle reached out to me to see if I had any questions about any of the features in the application and were there to assist if I had any questions. **What do you dislike about Mosyle?** As with all things, there is an initial learning curve and there is a need to purchase 12 licenses at minimum. Other services like Addigy also have some other features that Mosyle does not have (built in screen sharing support, etc). **Recommendations to others considering Mosyle:** If you need a great and price-conscious MDM that is evolving rapidly, look no further than Mosyle business. **What problems is Mosyle solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a cost efficient solution for my Apple MDM service and Mosyle has been around since its incursion into the education space. With its release into the business space, I found that the price / feature ratio fit with what my business needed and I converted some of my clients over. ### 3. The folks at Mosyle will reply to any question typically within an hour! When you work with a large environment of devices, this is one of the biggest things. **What do you dislike about Mosyle?** My only complaint with Mosyle is the lack of tvOS features. I wish there were more MDM options available for customers using Mosyle. **Recommendations to others considering Mosyle:** Don’t second guess yourselves! **What problems is Mosyle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mosyle helps our school district by delivering a powerful MDM solution.
