Is Mosyle an MDM?

### Comment 1

Yes, and arguably better than Jamf—fight me.

Mosyle is 100% an MDM (Mobile Device Management) solution, and dare I say, it does the job without making my IT soul cry. It wrangles Apple devices like a pro—deploying, securing, and managing Macs, iPads, and iPhones without breaking a sweat (or my budget).

Why do some of us prefer Mosyle over Jamf? Automation, cost, and sanity. It’s like having an overachieving intern that actually follows directions—zero-touch deployment, built-in security, and smooth Apple integration without needing a PhD in MDM sorcery.

For schools? Even better. It keeps student devices in check, ensures compliance, and doesn’t turn IT into an unpaid 24/7 help desk.

So yes, Mosyle is an MDM. And if you ask me, it’s like Jamf but on a diet—leaner, meaner, and less likely to give me stress dreams. 🚀😆

### Comment 2

yes, and the best one I have used so far. Also used Intune (Not user friendly at all) and MobileIron core.
