What do you like best?

Straightforward interface and integration that simply works. The price point CANNOT BE BEAT!

Once apple DEP, push certificate integration is setup the updates quickly and accurately.

The demo and onboarding team is second to none!!! The team is genuinely interested in your success and handled my endless questions in a timely fashion, with screen-share meetings, and feedback from the devs.

Unlike other MDM solutions I've used, the information that the dashboard displays is always up-to-date. The mosyle auth add-on is absolutely worth the cost, and was easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

My only suggestion / room for improvement is an "outside the app" support pages / KB / community. Services like meraki and jamf have very robust communities, and there have been times where I wished I could collaborate with other admins to bounce ideas or scripts off of each other. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The largest problem we've been able to solve is a seamless single sign-on experience for the end users. Once the Mosyle auth login screen appears, they are able to enter their directory credentials and that is one less password they have to remember! not to mention that it saves time and stress caused by manual password changes / keychain issues via the System Preferences menu.

Another huge benefit has been standardizing our setups based on user groups / device groups. Mosyle allows you to setup device groups. When you create a profile (for example a screensaver profile you want for you sales team), you can simply apply that profile to just the "sales-team-device-group"! What do you like best?

Not only is the interface accessible, the customer support from the folks at Mosyle has been superb. If a feature is missing, they will take it into account and let the end user know if it will be implemented. I was able to set up Mosyle Business in minutes and enroll my first device. Not only that, the team at Mosyle reached out to me to see if I had any questions about any of the features in the application and were there to assist if I had any questions. What do you dislike?

As with all things, there is an initial learning curve and there is a need to purchase 12 licenses at minimum. Other services like Addigy also have some other features that Mosyle does not have (built in screen sharing support, etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I needed a cost efficient solution for my Apple MDM service and Mosyle has been around since its incursion into the education space. What do you like best?

The thing I like the most is the customer service. The folks at Mosyle will reply to any question typically within an hour! When you work with a large environment of devices, this is one of the biggest things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only complaint with Mosyle is the lack of tvOS features. I wish there were more MDM options available for customers using Mosyle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like the ability to send out apps to my students without touching each individual ipad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
