What do you like best about Morph.ai?

First of all, the platform. I am using the WA Business app and came to know about the offered APIs to automate the conversations. I was absolutely thrilled after knowing there exists a platform that will help me create chat flows without getting into the coding part. Other than that the things which I liked most about the platform are brief tutorials of various terminologies and their customer support. What do you dislike about Morph.ai?

After creating dozens of conversations it gets difficult to track connections between the conversations. The lack of a graphic map to keep track was highly desired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Morph.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

As mentioned earlier I am already using Whatsapp Business Application. After the number of customers grew it became tiring for us to reply to all the customers. What do you like best about Morph.ai?

The best thing about Morph.ai is their customer support team and does help out in case of any issues. At first when implementing the whatsapp chatbot platform, there was a learning curve which needed to be covered. The support team was infact very supportive of the fact that they helped a lot in the initial starting phase and did not get frustrated by the repeated changes in the logic which was needed to fine tune it for my use case. What do you like best about Morph.ai?

Highly versatile interface of bot for good conversion rate. Found the engagement equally good on mobile as well as desktop devices. Lots of opportunities to build a highly engaging bot that connects and converts website visitors very well, perfect both for mobile and desktop conversion. Setting up is very quick and you don't need to have any coding skills at all so everyone can get it done.
