The best thing about Morph.ai is their customer support team and does help out in case of any issues. At first when implementing the whatsapp chatbot platform, there was a learning curve which needed to be covered. The support team was infact very supportive of the fact that they helped a lot in the initial starting phase and did not get frustrated by the repeated changes in the logic which was needed to fine tune it for my use case.
