
It is a fairly simple tool and is easy to use and manage. It is also pretty well-known and used by a decent number of candidates. From a pricing and plan standpoint, the flat fee for views, regardless of user count, is nice, especially for larger companies. The bullhorn integration is also nifty, as recruiters can work within the system and simplify a few processes. Within the search, there are some decent filters/additions. The simplicity is both an addition and a subtraction. The candidate quality is not great - better for lower-level positions than technical/skilled skillsets. It also tends to have more fake resumes from third parties. The usage and ROI are low. It would be nice to be able to see/pull usage reports directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
