The dashboard is the big one for me. I can see hours logged, idle time, and productivity trends for the whole team in one place without pulling separate reports. Performance-wise it's quick - the dashboard loads fast and a thirty-second look tells me how the week is trending. Setup was painless and nobody on the team needed hand-holding to start using it. We came over from Hubstaff and day to day this is just less friction. We use the AI features as well, and they slot in nicely on top of the core tracking. Honestly the complaints are small. Onboarding the whole team took a little effort up front - getting everyone installed and used to it was a week or so of nudging. I'd also like a few more export options on the reporting side; the built-in reports are clean but sometimes I want the raw data in a different format for my own spreadsheets.
