Not much to dislike about Modern Treasury from a technical point of view. They offer great tooling for most of the generic use cases. If we need specific use cases such as check bundle deposit and handling the exception workflow from a reconciliation point of view, then it's easier to build it in-house as Modern treasury doesn't support those specific use cases. Modern Treasury offers an intuitive interface with expansive search features that make finding the information you need simple. I like that I can search for payments using our company's unique metadata that is tied to each payment. I also really like the details timeline of events on each payment and the detail it provides. One thing I wish I could do in Modern Treasury is download files within the platform. Currently if you want to export a list of transactions or a payment confirmation letter you have to hit export, which sends you an email, which sends you a link to download the file.
