**What do you like best about Mobrium?**

I love using Mobrium for their anonymous suggestion box. It allows me to better serve my customers by gaining real-time feedback. Mobrium truly understands the review and suggestion space. It feels very natural and is easy to use. The prompts for leaving feedback are simple, just a click or two, and feedback gets sent directly to me. The setup was fast and simple, our implementation only took a few minutes, and the Mobrium team made sure everything rolled out seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Mobrium?**

Everything works as expected. No issues or complaints to report.

It allows me to better serve my customers by gaining real-time feedback.

**What do you like best about Mobrium?**

Mobrium’s methodology and platform for assessing employee engagement are truly impressive. Their system streamlines and centralizes the management of all public-facing employer review sites—such as Glassdoor and Indeed—making it easier than ever to monitor and understand employee sentiment.

Having worked for a company that was recognized on Fortune’s 100 Great Places to Work list for over a decade, I can confidently say that Mobrium sets the standard for how to assess engagement and translate insights into meaningful, actionable strategies that improve retention and strengthen organizational performance.

Their customer service is exceptional as well. The team is incredibly responsive, supportive, and easy to work with. I’m genuinely thrilled about our partnership and the impact it’s already having on our ability to increase engagement and thereby raise retention.

Mobrium is great. I cannot think of anything that I don't like.

The team is very friendly and provides excellent customer service. Their services are beneficial for companies that lack the time to request reviews from employees. The interface is straightforward, making it easy to use and implement. Additionally, there are numerous options to customize the features to fit your company and specific needs.

I think that Mobrium does a great job! I am not sure if I dislike anything.

This tool assists us by reaching out to our employees and inviting them to review our various companies. It also monitors the reviews across several platforms and websites, which helps reduce the amount of extra work we would otherwise have to do.

We really enjoyed working with Matt at Mobrium. His expertise and responsiveness made a big difference in our experience. The platform was user-friendly and provided meaningful analytics that helped us understand our team better. He is truly an expert in this field, and he did a great job educating us on the importance of employer reputation.

The team at Mobrium iis fantatstic to work with - responsive, helpful, and truly invested in their clients' success. The platform itself is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to streamline what used to be time-consuming adminstrative tasks. It's efficient, straightforward, and has made a big difference for our team.

It’s been a game-changer having a centralized location for employee reviews. Previously, tracking and responding to feedback across multiple platforms like Glassdoor, Indeed, and others was time-consuming and fragmented. Mobrium’s platform consolidates everything in one place, making it easy to monitor feedback efficiently and respond promptly—crucial for maintaining a positive employer brand.

Overall, Mobrium has significantly reduced the administrative burden on our HR team, improved our responsiveness to employee feedback, and has become an invaluable tool in our HR toolkit.

They were very personable, kind and overall extremely helpful. Definitley experts in their field. Implementation was smooth and easy. Their website is very user friendly and intuitive. When I had questions Matt always responded within the hour!

Honestly there wasn't anything to dislike. Their services are top teir!

Our online reviews were suffering even though our employee morale was great. Mobrium is helping us improve our online ratings to better recruit ideal candidates.

**What do you like best about Mobrium?**

Mobrium has been so impactful in Kids on the Move realizing our standing in the marketplace so we can better advertise how we meet the needs of our employees. Their customer service is top tier, they made it so easy to integrate, implement, and use with their dedicated support and willingness to answer any questions along the way.

I have no negative feedback to provide about Mobrium, we've had an incredibly positive experience with them.

Mobrium takes the leg work out of seeking reviews/feedback from your employees. They truly become part of your team.  They are constantly looking at improving their product and seeking feedback from their customers.

**What do you dislike about Mobrium?**

The product is fairly new and with that they are still working out some of the kinks.

**What problems is Mobrium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mobrium is helping us improve our employer brand by automating the process of requesting and reviewing employee reviews on employment websites.  Since implementing the Mobrium system, we have seen a drastic increase in the number of employee reviews and our overall rating as an employer has increased.  We have seen an increase in the number of quality candidates applying for the open positions that we are recruiting for.
