What do you like best about Miyndsett?

The price is reasonable and competitive - I appreciate the price includes all the important things therapists need (telehealth, AI note summaries, client reminders, billing, etc) versus à la carte pricing that gets expensive fast. I’m not a tech connoisseur so what stands out most to me is the customer service and responsiveness of the team. Whether there’s a bug or user error they are efficient and kind! What do you dislike about Miyndsett?
