The feature turns our marketing team from reactive to proactive, helping us out-optimize competitors with data. I also appreciate MixRank for its seamless cross-functional CI access, providing one tool for marketing, sales, product, and execs to avoid siloed data. The initial setup was incredibly fast, intuitive, and self-service, requiring no IT support or extensive training. **What do you dislike about MixRank?** I find MixRank lacking in providing detailed ad performance metrics beyond spend and impressions. It doesn't offer CTR, CPA, or conversion rate benchmarks, even aggregated industry averages for B2B SaaS verticals. While I can see what competitors are running, there's no clear way to gauge how well their ads are performing. I have to guess based on the longevity of a creative, like assuming a 6+ week ad is doing well. **What problems is MixRank solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use MixRank to avoid wasting hours on manual competitor ad research and guessing at ad budget allocation. This gives me a wide scope of digging into competitor information like their website technologies, hierarchy in management, even recent news mentions that could be used as a bargaining tool. **What do you dislike about MixRank?** MixRank's rate of error depends on time, because sometimes it is not accurate. It may even be seen that sometimes older data gets updated or there are even mistakes which can mess up the whole analysis procedure. This implies that you will have to check everything multiple times with the most reliable material and, some times, it is not easy. **What problems is MixRank solving and how is that benefiting you?** MixedRank will give useful results for your first competitive research.
