Our business and industry are complex and nuanced and when we tried to outsource social media to agencies in the past we received very generic content that showed a lack of understanding of what our business did. Mixbloom not only "got it" from our first set of posts, but they also took and integrated ongoing feedback incredibly well to keep improving. Our contacts have always been ridiculously responsive. In a time of talent shortage when many vendors struggle to perform as more people outsource in response to the hiring crunch, MixBloom has continued to deliver consistently excellent quality. **What do you dislike about MixBloom?** I can't really think of anything — the service and price are fantastic. I do wish they could add on finding people of note and interacting more on social media to their social media management options. Currently from my understanding, they only offer the drafting of posts. **What problems is MixBloom solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the problem of having a lean team and no in-house dedicated marketing talent. The social media management portal is straightforward and can be re-branded, which provides plenty of opportunities for feedback or edits. The offered one of the most thorough onboarding processes we have worked with to date. They were not interested in just offering us content; they wanted to make sure the content served our purposes and helped to grow our brand. They also simplified our workflow process by working within the HubSpot Platform. **What do you dislike about MixBloom?** The onboarding process takes a little longer to get through than we would like and could have been clearer but I don't see a way to really changes this and get the quality of the content that we are getting. **Recommendations to others considering MixBloom:** They are one of the more expensive tools out there but you get what you pay for! **What problems is MixBloom solving and how is that benefiting you?** MixBloom has drastically reduced the work required from our internal team for developing, entering and posting the content because MixBloom works within our HubSpot Portal, this was not the performance improvement that we were looking for but it has made the world of difference. We initially started working with MixBloom because our other content provider was not producing content that aligned with our goals and had very poor engagement.
