Mirai Regulatory Reporting Reviews & Product Details

Mirai Regulatory Reporting is an AI-powered, comprehensive regulatory reporting software for banks, designed to manage regulatory compliance efficiently and turn reporting into a strategic tool. It transforms regulatory reporting from a manual, fragmented activity into a fully traceable, submission-ready workflow that goes beyond compliance to deliver deeper insight, foresight, and control over the institution's financial and risk position. Mirai Regulatory Reporting shares the same data model and calculation engine as Mirai ALM & Liquidity, Mirai AI, and Mirai FTP & Profitability, ensuring that regulatory outputs are consistent reflections of the same underlying data and assumptions used across the organization, eliminating reconciliation between risk, finance, and regulatory functions. Automated regulatory rules are applied immediately upon data loading, and regulatory templates are generated automatically in the exact format required by supervisors. Built-in validation checks, including cross-report verifications, guarantee consistency across submissions. Full contract-level traceability allows every reported figure to be traced back to its origin, ensuring audit readiness across key regulatory metrics and ratios such as IRRBB, LCR, NSFR, and CSRBB, reporting templates such as ITS and FR 2052a, and broader frameworks including Basel III/IV, covering both EU and US regulatory requirements. This has been validated through on-site inspections and regulatory audits with Tier I institutions. Beyond day-to-day reporting, Mirai Regulatory Reporting enables a forward-looking approach to compliance. Institutions can forecast key regulatory ratios at future reference dates, run stress scenarios on regulatory outputs, and apply balance sheet optimization strategies directly within the regulatory environment to assess their impact on key balance sheet metrics and regulatory ratios such as NIM, MVE, LCR, NSFR, and CSRBB. Its cloud-native architecture scales with growing data volumes and evolving regulatory requirements.
