**What do you like best about Mirage?**

Flexible and easy to use
Create and modify your own custom menus
Detailed security control
Handles cash, credit, direct billing, & room charges
Hotel PMS 24/7 Reliability

**What do you dislike about Mirage?**

Expensive pricing model.

Seems a bit outdated as compared to other market offerings.
Not many options to choose from when it comes to hosting it in the cloud.
Documentation can be improved

Mirage has become the total hotel management system solution for the hotel PMS industry by integrating front office, restaurant POS, call accounting, yield management and time card software in one easy-to-use system. Real-time Internet reservations, emailing capabilities and one-click remote access are all built into the system.

1) Offers customization as per your business requirements.

2)  24/7 reliability.

3) Easy-to-use interface.

1) Sometimes, we have to face delays in getting our queries answered.

2) Sign-in feature for users/customers is not available. All communication happens over email or phone.

**What problems is Mirage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Offers a complete package of solutions and services in the industry of hotel property management.

2) Offers dynamic changes in price tiers (of rooms and other services) depending on demand and supply. It is one of the best features that Mirage offers. 

3) Offers good backup of audit trail and other history files, which plays a crucial role in maintaining hotel property efficiently.

Although Mirage is excellent, there is always room for improvement. They can enhance their facilities and make pricing competitive.

One-stop solution for the management of hotels. Mirage is fast & secure and provides 24/7 support, ensuring value to the clients. They helped the business improve by at least 30% in a short span of time.

**What do you like best about Mirage?**

Its ability to be so easy to use and understand. Also I like its rewarding system as it encourages more participation. The fact that it is less time consuming is added advantage

**What do you dislike about Mirage?**

Lesser opportunities to work on it. Also Not much clarity on how things are expected to be done

**What problems is Mirage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the earlier rewarding system where there were limitations on usage of rewards. Here it is possible through vantage to redeem as much as i wish and also whenerver i wish

**What do you like best about Mirage?**

Mirage is the best one I have used as of now next to the vantage circle. Mirage offers more number of online sites or offline store options to redeem the points

**What do you dislike about Mirage?**

The least helpful aspect from mirage is that we will not be able to redeem the points and transfer the money to bank accounts which if was available would have been great.

**What problems is Mirage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mirage is providing an individual independency financially since we dont have to depend on our salary for all the expenses that are out of the monthly budget.  Mirage is transparent.

It has built in capabilities for room reservation, point of sale, yield management and call recording.

**What do you dislike about Mirage?**

User interface can be more intuitive and dynamic.

Mirage is helping us manage hotel properties across locations in a very efficient way. Support team is truly wonderful. It supports room reservation, point of sale, yield management etc. It helps us manage all aspects of the property.

Easy to use interface, which also offers a ton of customization. 

The 24/7 support is super helpful as well.

**What do you dislike about Mirage?**

Sometimes the support team will take a few days to respond to our issues.

**What problems is Mirage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps keep the "paper" trail for audits if needed. The interface also helps with viewing inventory/better pricing options.

We were the staffing agency tasked with helping out larger hotel chain client implement the system.

**What do you like best about Mirage?**

Easy to use and easy to redeem gift cards. Services provided at Mirage are quite better at reasonable charges and also better than the other websites. I have been using these services and believe that Mirage is a real problem solver. Would definitely recommend my friends.

I believe Mirage is a modern problem solver and they are already doing their best in their industry.

Gift cards provided by my company are through this application and these are very easy to redeem. We can also use their services in order to earn more rewards and easily redeem them.
