Is MIR-RT free, or does it offer a free trial?

No. According to G2 data, MIR-RT does not offer a free plan or free trial. Users need to purchase a paid plan to access the product. Visit the seller's official pricing page for current pricing details and plan options.

Who is MIR-RT pricing best suited for?

MIR-RT's pricing is best suited for small businesses and mid-market organizations in transportation, trucking, construction, logistics, and mining that operate mixed or heavy-vehicle fleets. G2 reviewers from these segments consistently report the highest operational gains, including preventive maintenance automation, warranty recovery, and centralized repair cost tracking. Small business reviewers in transportation and construction praise MIR-RT's accessibility and responsive support, while mid-market reviewers with 50 to 1,000 employees highlight its depth for managing 500+ unit fleets. At least one enterprise-segment reviewer also confirms fit. Organizations managing diverse asset types, such as trucks, cranes, and heavy machinery, extract the most measurable value from MIR-RT's pricing.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of MIR-RT?

No free version or free trial for MIR-RT appears in G2's pricing data. MIR-RT operates on a custom-quote model, meaning pricing is negotiated based on fleet size, deployment preference, and feature scope rather than fixed published tiers. G2 reviewers note that one cost-reduction lever is self-hosted deployment on dedicated local servers, which reduces ongoing software costs but shifts database infrastructure management to internal teams. Cloud-hosted deployments are available but some G2 users report VPN-related slowdowns on non-cloud versions. Prospective buyers should request a custom quote directly from Datadis to evaluate MIR-RT's pricing against their specific fleet scale and hosting requirements.

Is MIR-RT considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers rate MIR-RT at 4.9/5 across small business, mid-market, and enterprise segments, signaling strong cost-to-value sentiment. One mid-market transportation reviewer documented $180,000 in recovered warranty costs within a single year for a 500+ unit fleet, a concrete ROI figure that frames MIR-RT's pricing as a high-return investment. G2 users consistently cite preventive maintenance automation, work order management, and repair cost tracking as value drivers. The primary trade-offs noted are steep initial setup time and training requirements for complex module configurations. No reviewers mention pricing as prohibitive or cite cheaper alternatives, reinforcing MIR-RT's pricing as justified for fleet-dependent operations.

"Mobile Work Orders That Helped Us Capture $180K in Warranty Recovery"

What do you like best about MIR-RT?

Mechanics can quickly clock into tasks, open automated work orders, update inspection sheets, and log out right from the bay using mobile devices. As of now, with our fleet of 500+ units we could easily recover around $180,000 in the last year in warranties that otherwise would have been missed due to lost paperwork. What do you dislike about MIR-RT?

Setting up customized asset categories requires a major upfront investment of time. Because there are so many complex modules, the team often need extensive onsite or virtual training to actually know how to use the full system. We chose to host MIR-RT on our own dedicated local servers to reduce software costs. Therefore, managing the database infrastructure falls entirely on our internal team. Response from David Begin of MIR-RT

Thank you, Carle! That's an outstanding result, $180K in warranty recovery is exactly the kind of impact we love to see from mobile work orders and automated tracking. We hear you on the setup time and training curve for customized asset categories, and we appreciate your team managing the database infrastructure on your end. Glad to see MIR-RT's usage tracking and PM scheduling are helping move your fleet from reactive to proactive maintenance.
