This means it can work well for churches of different sizes and with different requirements, increasing its versatility and effectiveness. **What do you dislike about MinistryPlatform?** I found some details, for example, on my part it was not so complicated to use, but somewhat complicated to learn for new users who may not have much expertise with this type of software. The implementation and training for them could require a considerable investment of time and resources. Adapting to specific needs may demand technical skills or extra assistance, and the expenses associated with licenses or subscriptions could be too high for small congregations or those with restricted budgets. **What problems is MinistryPlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?** MinistryPlatform consolidates multiple functions into a single platform, saving time and reducing the need to manage multiple systems, allows secure access to data and communication from anywhere thanks to its cloud-based nature, provides extensive customization to meet specific needs, and the reporting and analysis functions help churches effectively track their activities and growth. ### 2. Running reports allows us to know who was here, who hasn’t been in a while, and who we need to reach out to. ### 3. We can connect forms, and create forms, to an event so that registration can all be in one place. ### 8. We have so many people at our church, and as the small group's pastor, I am able to put people within their specific groups. I like being able to send mass emails, but there are some issues. **What do you dislike about MinistryPlatform?** It has a hard navigation system. If you are not trained on the software, forget it! It is so hard to navigate and send messages to large groups of people. The software makes you send it somewhere else in order to send it to people. I want to be able to send messages from any page or group instead of one or two specifically. **Recommendations to others considering MinistryPlatform:** Try your best to take a course that goes over how to use and operate Ministry Platform. Take your time navigating the whole landscape. Don't be afraid to ask questions about anything and everything you need; they have fully equipped staff to answer it. **What problems is MinistryPlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to have a complete database of every attendee and their records. We can keep track of logins and volunteer activity. The check-in to event options is amazing because we can keep track of who attended and it prints out name tags for everyone. You can also see only your responses, so the advanced search tool has come so far! ### 9. That can be a great thing, but frustrating for people who aren’t as tech-savvy **What problems is MinistryPlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to receive applications much easier than individually sending them out individually ### 10.
