Lots of functionality, not the most intuitive **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Jessica L. | Director of Faith Formation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2018 **What do you like best about Ministry Tracker?** The layers and layers of detail that can be added to user accounts is great but the data entry can be tedius **What do you dislike about Ministry Tracker?** It's been hard to train new administrators on how to fully utilize the software because it is not intuitive and things are hidden where you might not expect to look. Also wish there was a pop-up to warn you when you are about to make a duplicate user. **Recommendations to others considering Ministry Tracker:** Don't be afraid to reach out to the customer support folks, they've definitely been the best part of using this platform. They are very friendly and helpful **What problems is Ministry Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data and attendance tracking as well as family pledges statements, etc. ### 2. I also like that you can create groups based on several options such as age, gender, life group interests etc. I like that I can add pictures to the profile and know who that person is. Those in admin can see which people have been added to the system to keep record of who needs to be called to check up on. You can also send mass emails to groups or single people. I like that it is sort of easy to use when you first need to add a new person. **What do you dislike about Ministry Tracker?** What I dislike is that we cannot schedule church volunteers that way and also get reports for weekend services to keep update count of who is attending church regularly, including kids and adults. Also I do not like that in order to create a new family household you have to first create a single profile for each person then add them to the household. **Recommendations to others considering Ministry Tracker:** I really like Ministry Tracker, I wish it had more options to use for kids ministry to check in children but it doesn't, other than that it has a good communication option to send out texts. **What problems is Ministry Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have received better response to our weekend services when we send out invitations to our events and we have been able to keep track of new and regular attendees. ### 3. It makes it easier to store and calculate all the information I need for my job. **What do you dislike about Ministry Tracker?** I don't really know what to pinpoint. I feel like it is great for what I use it for. I haven't gone too far into it to really evaluate the flaws. **Recommendations to others considering Ministry Tracker:** I say use it. It is a lifesaver when you need to keep information and track things. **What problems is Ministry Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it easier for the ushers we have counting and the pastors and administrators to have something that will keep us on track and on the same page. ### 4.
