Mingo Reviews & Product Details

Mingo is AI recruitment software that automates candidate profiling through WhatsApp conversations. The platform engages candidates, gathers information such as experience, availability, location, and salary expectations, and creates structured profiles for recruitment teams to review. Mingo addresses challenges including managing high candidate volumes, organizing scattered conversations, and ensuring consistent evaluations. By centralizing WhatsApp interactions, the software eliminates the need to track multiple chat threads. It supports team collaboration through shared access and dashboards. The AI assistant converses with each candidate, asks questions, and collects key information to build profiles. The AI assistant does not make hiring decisions. It serves as a tool to help recruiters prioritize candidates efficiently by organizing and structuring candidate information for easier review.
